A pink jewel – crisp and refreshing, but NOT SWEET! Our Rosato is made in the tradition of European rosés, being highly aromatic, crisply acidic and fruit driven, yet dry. It’s 100% crush pad fresh Sangiovese juice, fermented without its red grape skins, then stirred gently on its lees with no malolactic fermentation. The result is mouth-watering complex, full bodied Rosé, loaded with flavors of strawberry and raspberry, and fragrant aromas of raspberry watermelon and hints of orange blossom.
