To maximize powerful fruit-forward aromatics and flavors at every step, we hand-harvested the grapes, then fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures with no malolactic fermentation. The extended, cool sur-lie winemaking style enhanced and preserved the marriage of bright acids and incredibly lush character. The wine displays saturated tropical aromatics with layers of candied pineapple, crisp juicy citrus and a long, refreshing close. It truly reflects its vineyard site, as well as our passion for the art of growing fine wines.
