Like a garden of flowers, our Estate blend showcases rich layers from Dijon clones 777, 667, 115, 114, and 459. The wine clearly shows the 2012 vintage signature, with highly concentrated flavors and big structure. Slow aging in French oak brings out a plush core of black cherry and red cola, wild strawberry, rose and complex spices.
