Our first look at this amazing new vineyard and what the future holds. 24 months of aging in French oak barrels contribute aromas and flavors of toasty vanilla that are well-balanced with the Mission fig, boysenberry jam and hints of carmelized mocha that are so characteristic of the varietal.
